New Construction of a 3,000 SF 2-story addition to an existing 7,742 SF single story community center. The building is used for an after school program and includes a game room, conference room, classroom, office, break room, computer room, restrooms, elevator and stairs.

Project scope included renovating an existing office space on the 2nd Floor of the Facilities Development & Operations building. Work included new framing, HVAC, electrical and painting.
